Meredith and Patty are the greatest instructors for body combat, total body strength and ripped. You'll get a terrific work out and have fun while doing it.
yoga with Mary, Paul, and Marcelle. Cindy does HIIT, an intense workout. Patty and Meredith for body pump and kickboxing. Great directions. Plus try piloxing with Christine.
Swim classes are pretty good for the kids. Go really early or really late if you don't want to have to weave through crowds.
The big water slide is open Friday night, Saturdays & Sundays! It's awesome!
