Good pub food - recommend the beef pie and the steak - delicious and generous portions . Confirm of duck leg good too. Highlight definitely the service, and dog friendly a plus!

Great garden (with a boules piste), great selection of beers and ciders , and a great menu. Sister pub of The Salamander, but slightly better in all respects (except it's not central).

I have a brilliant course with risotto . Swindon a tad strange but delicious.

Food was nice, but if this is the 'best fish & chip in Bath', Bath really needs some decent fish & chip shops .

Ask for gravy before you order the pie ! It bizarrely doesn't come with any!

A great Bath Ales ' pub opposite Victoria Park , it has one of the best beer gardens in Bath, plus a pretty good restaurant or bar food .
