Founded on July 21 1987, the Belgian national day, by two film set designers, Phillippe and Filip, Le Belgica quickly became the place to be for Brussels' artists, musicians, actors and fashion stylists. In 1994, when Beppie took over, the bar started attracting a more rainbow coloured clientele.

It's a cosy bar , so Belgian, so royal, so central, with hot guys (and a few hot girls too), nice drinks, and if you're new to Belgica: try the submarine (in French: sous-marin). Highly recommended
