Definitely one of the best beef noodle places in town . Handmade noodles available. Super clean broth!

I love the knife-cut noodles . Seriously, I could eat them every day, in soup or pan fried. Yum yum yum yum.

The pan fried pork dumplings are good the xiao long bao were ok but definitely skip. The knife cut noodles are good. The parking lot is small.

Knife cut noodles pan fried or in a soup are the best. Dumplings are good too. Check in on yelp for a free cold dish.

For an alternative to the Beef Roll , try out the Pork Roll . The roll itself was crispy and the pork was tender and went well with the cilantro .

The #507 (tomato soup with rough cut noodles ) is absolutely out of this world.

The chicken with cold noodles is a great dish. I love the smokiness of the chicken and the chew of the knife-cut noodles .

The Won Tons in Red Chili Oil were small, compact and packed with meat and the chili oil gave them a lovely zing of heat.

It's the best place for bun , dumpling and noodles .

You know what they say about big beef rolls ...

Good food - I just don't know the etiquette for getting all that broth out of big steaming bowl of noodles

Do not fear the cat ears . Think of it as Chinese orecchiette . Make sure noodles are dao xiao (knife cut) otherwise you kind of missed the whole point.

The shaved noodles are great, but I'm here for the beef roll !
