Sipping my first pint here (Art Nouveau). So far so good. They do real ales . About 100 international beers for sale.
A more laid back option than their student-centric bars elsewhere. Extensive ale selection and always reliable on food.
Great value for money food and a nice setting. Dog friendly too.

The pickled mackerel is superb and the roast beef dinner brilliant. Don't be fooled by the address its actually on the Manchester side of Wilbraham Road. Certainly worth the tram fare. - Derek Perrin
