Nice and efficient staff . Not too crowded and they always have fresh coffee brewed :)
They give free refills on coffee , but it's so damn hot you have to sit here for an hour or ice it down.

My tip is to find someplace else. Not enough seating, no friendlu service, poor selection, small portions and the bagels are not that good. I will not be back.
Find somewhere else to get a bagel . These are not even as good as what you can get frozen in the grocery store . I will not be back.
