This is our favorite go to spot for mussels ! -and the Belgian Beer selection ! The building is old, from the 1600's. Notice the wide plank uneven floors and the low ceilings.Historic area - enjoyable.

Great food, music that creates a unique vibe, and the best beer selection on the East Coast (in the U.S... maybe). A must visit!

Jessop's has a great Belgium beer selection and will always have something that you haven't tried. The food is also really good no matter which choice you go with. Just eat before drinking.

Robert Durham

The shepard's pie was the best I've ever had. The smokey flavor of the gravy pairs beautifully with berr so I recommend that you explore the draft selection . The fish and chips were also greata

Great food, lots of history. Great artwork and decor - be sure to check it all out on the way to the very adorned restrooms . If you are a local, sign up for their points program.

One of the oldest Taverns in Delaware and the entire U.S. for that matter. There's nothing like it and the food is impeccable. The pilgrim's feast always hits the spot.
