Great coffee , barstool seating by the window on the ground floor is best. Also a downstairs including tables and comfy seating , but a bit claustrophobic. Loos downstairs.

Nice coffer, friendly staff ..just a shame they keep the choc twists next to the cheese ones..clearly a no sale for me!

One of the staff is racist!!! First I was in the line and she called a guy who stand behind me ! Then when I was in the table with my sister she literally put the dirty basket in the our table !

Great coffee , but be prepared to repeat every detail of your order. "Regular, black Americano to take away , please." "With milk ?". "No. Black, please". "Drink in?", "No. Take away ". "What size?", ".."

My favourite Nero. They look after me on those groggy mornings. Good for people watching .

Lots of comfortable seating including large couches and nooks :)

Cozy nice place to relax . Must try the Red Velvet Cake and Latte !

I prefer the smooth Nero coffee over Starbucks or particularly Costas.

A great variety of Italian coffee át. Regent Street.

If you're having a caramel shot in your coffee ask for a half shot, otherwise it's too sweet.
