Tip from a local gal: walk into the ocean up to your ankles. Then up to your knees, stay there till a good wave comes then just bend your knees and down you go! It's sooo refreshing. And COLD!!!

Great, clean beach . Nice and peaceful and the ocean smells wonderful too! Get some yummy seafood at Joseph's or one of the food stands . Can't go wrong! Nice little Shop to buy items if you want/need.

Nostalgic beach for me, spent 60's and 70's there as a kid. High tide always challenge. It's not for everyone but I appreciate it!

Clean beach , good area, nice place to walk around. Bring extra socks and shoes if they get wet :) lol. Maybe that only happens to me.

Summer parking pass is only $35. Come at low tide for tons of beach and room for kids to run around!

If you're going for a swim make sure to do a good job hiding any food you brought; the seagulls here are ruthless.

Feeling adventurous? Head out to the top of the big rock on the southern end of the beach .

There technically isn't any 'beach sand' here. While it is beautiful, you're likely sitting on wet sand from the high tides . If you're looking for a sandy beach I'd go somewhere else.

Check out Nantasket Beach in Hull... Before the beach , go to Victorias Sub Shop or Beach Food. Lunch , Barefoot Bobs or Red Parrot. Dinner at Da Lat for some awesome Sushi !

Oh defiantly one of the best beaches . Clean well patrolled a beautiful clear sand.

It's a great place to tan . If tide is too high u can find a comfy rock to lay on. So tan away. Don't forget to use SPF!

Go as far down the end of the beach as possible. Parking is cheaper and there is still a bathhouse at the end.
