カウンターの奥で温冷と量を示すブラ札とトレイを取ってプラ札をカウンターで店の人に渡し，天ぷら やつゆ ・ネギ・わさび を自分で取って，そば を受け取るスタイルです．ざるそば を食べましたがそば がしっかりしていて美味しかったです．
どの盛りでも税抜500円均一。
大盛無料です。山賊焼きは「焼き」ではなく唐揚げ です。美味しいです！
