I just found out that Best Buy matches Amazon.com prices!!! I showed then the items in my amazon shopping cart and they matched all the prices!! I saved over $150 on games!!!

Great service. Nice people. But sometimes I like to browse without being asked 10 times if I need help. If I need help I'll ask. But that's better than places that totally ignore you

If you are needing some electronics or electronics help, go anywhere but BestBuy. If you forget this, it will clearly remind you once you step back in the store.

This might be the closest Best Buy, but they also have the uncanny ability to under order important Blu-Ray releases! Ugh!

The prices online are often cheaper than in store, so be sure to check before you go... but they'll match the online prices if you mention it.

They never restocked after Black Friday, but this is usually a good place to shop.

Try treating the customers right-maybe in return we will be nice. Spending way too much money on people who don't seem like they know what the hell they r doing. I'm livid...smfh

They dont care with you - Got a Galaly tab, 4 days latter noticed a problem called "Newton Rings" tried to return and the tab and Manager Matt D. (Maryland shop) refused to return it and was very rude
