United Airlines Ticket Counter

My daughter and son in-law missed their flight with multiple connections to Peru. They were helped by a United Agent. His help was invaluable and they did not miss any of their connecting flights .

On the eve of my honeymoon I had to change my flight because my husband was rushed to the hospital . Never have I been treated so vile. They called me low class ! Talk about a low class company...

Wifi works a lot better upstairs in food court than down by baggage claim . Not great coverage here.

The WORST airline in the world! United sucked big time!!! I will never fly with this shitty airline again in my life. Rude employees, horrible services. Good for nothing airline !

Hate this airlines . They screw you no matter if you pay for a flight or use miles. We all miss Continental.
