見た目がインパクトのあるPorterhouseもいいですが、せっかくなんで日本ではなかなかお目にかかれない骨付きのCowboy Ribeyeをお勧めします！！いわゆるリブロースっていう部位の分厚い版です。ジューシィ！???? なお予約時に「スペシャルな日なんだけど」と告げれば青い炎に包まれたかっけーイチゴが最後出てくるんですが普通の日な人には出てきません…????
