Steak 'n Shake

Service typically sucks, but i really want a Frisco melt sometimes :-) good ol' steak n shake

Th steak burgers and the shakes are delicious !!

There was really bad service. We ordered a milkshake & the waitress failed to bring it by the end of the meal & check in on us so we could ask her about it. At least they gave one to us in a To-go cup

Heidi is the BEST server! Ask 4 her and tip her well !!

I asked if I can have my milkshake in a regular glass. Our server answered "they all broke or something ". Funny. To go cups are okay tho'.

Need to be a bloody acrobat to get to the toilet in the men's room stall. The food is good though. Much better breakfast menu than the SnS in South Bend.

If you tip with a cc the server pays the processing fee.. tip with cash is appreciated.

The burger was better than expected, however the fries were less than desirable.

Absolute worst place we have been in a long time. Waited forever to just be acknowledged and the waiter acted like we were wasting his time. But, how well can a place run with a 12 year old manager?

The service here is horrible. I get the feeling I'm screwing up their night of goof off buy asking to be seated. I even had the nerve to order food. How dare me????

Five cars n the drive through, and it took 45 mins to get our damn food.

Worst service ever! Will not be coming back here.. place is dirty , waited forever and food is cold when it came.. ridiculous
