Wild mushroom short rib soup was quite small but excellent, with a very pronounced mushroom flavour. You can taste the goodness in the soup . Plus the pork was still tasty & not boiled into submission.
Da a rice vermicelli was good, with a good seafood flavour. Minced pork rice was small but good. There was a pronounced garlic flavour - more than with other Taiwanese minced pork rice .
Oyster omelette was not very crispy . It had a sweet, spicy sauce on top & sticky starch at the bottom. Vegetables inside spoiled texture. Multiple types of vegetables , so the textures were different
Eel sticky rice and agedashi tofu ????????
The sticky eel rice is top notch.
