A roughly pie-shaped, two-tiered park, Kinnear is bigger, grassier, and woodsier than the parks on the upper part of the hill, and offers closer views of the city and the sound.

Queen Anne's only major park . Two levels with a small dog fenced area at the bottom and a big hill up top that serves as an unofficial off leash area.
Great place for dogs to play and exercise. Plenty of benches and great views of the sound. A little sketchy after dark though.
Stick to the paths - almost every off-path area is packed with homeless encampments.
Nice park with tennis courts . Not a very steep climb to the top park which has nice views and large area for dogs to play.
Almost every off-path area is packed with homeless encampments.
