土曜の夜に訪問。予約席が多く人気店であることがうかがえる。鶏肉 のフォー と生 春巻き を注文。料理はボリュームがあるうえに美味しくて文句なし！次はコース料理 を注文してみたいと思います。
米 は長粒米 で香り米 、日本の食材でも異国を感じさせる調理。日本人が美味しいと思うベトナム料理 に仕上げてます。
