No matter what others say about the Trop it's a darn fine place to watch a game. The staff has always been great and prices are decent for a MLB ballpark
As ball parks go pretty standard. Take time to the touch tank and find the craft beers . 2 seam blonde from cycle is only available here and is well priced.
Peer out to right field . In a sea of teal, you’ll see a lone yellow seat in section 144. That’s where Wade Boggs’ 3,000th hit (a home run) landed back on August 7, 1999.
Beautiful stadium . Very friendly . Great atmosphere. Wish I lived here to go to more games. Keep it up Rays
Must eat at The Carvery, best deal there is. 2 thick slices of turkey breast on your choice of bread , 3 types of mustard , lettuce, tomato and a pickle spear. Also comes with fresh potato chip ! Yum!
Be sure to come to Fanfest every year. Free of charge and a chance to meet Rays players, coaches, and fellow fans.
St. Petersburg’s Tropicana Field will welcome 20,000 GOP convention guests to the largest welcome event in the history of the party. #GOP2012
It's not the greatest MLB ballpark , but if you live in the Tampa Bay region, come out to the Trop and support the Rays. They're one of the best teams in baseball and they need more fans.
My 1st time to an indoor ball park .. Place is very clean and most of the seats seem to be pretty good.. Recommend the rows behind home plate for the best view !

Careful not to get seats DIRECTLY UNDER the eve of the 2nd tier of seats.... Unless of course u don't mind the feeling of someone spitting on u periodically throughout the game... :). ?Row 21ish?
A really nice stadium . Plenty of food and bathrooms and shops. It's just too bad there's not more Rays fans .
According to the convention 's CEO, the elephant trunk in the logo for the 2012 RNC is pointed toward 2012 to reflect the spirit, unity and strength of the party for the November elections. #GOP2012
Park downtown (near 2nd St South and Central) and take the free trolley to the ballpark . Street parking is often available for free!
Disappointing selection of beers . Even "craft beers " are big brewer selections. Why not offer some local brewers beers . Cigar City is right in Tampa & plenty of other FL brewers.
Fantastic stadium and atmosphere. Best thing to eat are the pulled pork nachos from Everglades BBQ ! So good!

Do yourself a favor and get the smokehouse nachos . I sometimes look forward to the nachos more than the game.

Nice place to catch a game. I think the stadium gets a bad rap.
