This is the slowest most inefficient Starbucks I've ever been to. You have a drive thru , that means speedy! I go inside so it goes quicker but they are all dimwits! Starbucks needs to clean up shop!

Small lounge and work area but great location along the 202.

Love this location. A good drink: iced coffee with 3 pumps of caramel , 3 pumps of white mocha and your choice of milk !

This Starbucks is so convenient to drive through to grab coffee before getting on the 202 to go downtown for class ! They're usually pretty fast too!

0.4mbit/sec "HSI" WiFi connection . Techies beware, it's actually worse than a significantly throttled cell-phone data speed. And Starbucks won't respond to queries. #BadCustomerService

They supposedly "can't" make a trenta size in everything, but if you go inside and ask for a vent & a tall, they can put them in a trenta cup. Clearly, not rocket scientists.

How can a Starbucks suck?! How about always getting my order wrong every time I've been here! When I ask if they have something they say yes. When I get to the window they don't. Incorrect drinks too

Make sure you tell then which roast of coffee you want.

If you like dirty chai , order a latte with chai syrup ; it's the same drink but you don't pay extra for the espresso !

Either Starbucks standards are changing or they just aren't caring anymore....sad to see my old store get worse :/ ON A BRIGHTER NOTE: iced coffee is still the way to go!!
