Absolutely uninspired service-dumb waitress acted like she was on Prevagen and got the order wrong twice-not even an apology at very least-left a penny tip so she could think it over

This place is awful. Smells bad, service is unbelievably slow and apathetic. Portions are inconsistent and smaller than any other iHop I have ever been to. Used to be nice, I won't ever go back.
