I'm not a coffee drinker but I do frequent our Tim's. The staff generally good but need to be more organized and work faster
Even double toasted their bagels leave toasted to the imagination.
The busiest hours here are 8am-11am and 12pm-3pm. So if don't want to get into a huge line try to get into a non rush hours.
The fastest line is always the one 2nd from the left... Even if it's longer, it's usually the best option
Really slow service , on multiple occasions I've waited ten minutes for my sandwich with one person ahead of me. It's really weird, they seem to always be out of something or looking for something
