Simple setting and service.Bombay Liver served with "fluffy bread " is a must. Sag Aloo ,Masala Dhal,Lamb Vindaloo ,Chicken Shagoti,Mixed meat Biryani and Rogonjosh consistently good. 5* affordable food.
Solid Indian Restaurant in Park Slope. Chicken Tikka Masala and all of their veggie dishes look great. Naan & rice were great and good portions. Lunch specials and dinner specials are very reasonable.
I've had the chicken tikka , chicken tikka marsala , tandoori chicken , chana marsala , chana shaag, & more. All are delicious and all are perfect with their garlic naan , don't forget that.
Chicken Makharni, Tandori mixed grilled, Lamb Malai . The malai and Makharni sauces were rich and creamy. Basmit rices were plentiful, well cooked. They give excellent portions.
My go-to for Indian food .Food is always on point. Servers are warm and helpful when comes to choosing a meal. Eat and watch the cool Indian Music videos .
Vegetable samosa and the chicken tikka masala are among my favorite dishes here. I love the service. The servers are so nice.
Amazing! The malai kofta is creamy and divine, and the chicken tikka is the best I've ever had.
Chef 's Special Vegetarian Delight was amazing. Amusing Bollywood videos playing in the background.
Things have changed here which have required me to stop recommending it.
Best Indian food in the area. The chicken tikki masala is perfect. I been going there twice a week for over 7 years.
Chicken tikka masala is great and so is the naan ... its small and quaint. . ... would definitely go back.
The food was ok but the service was the worst I have ever had in my life. Took us 2.5 hours to get food and our naan took an additional hour to get to us. It's like they forgot we were customers.
The chicken tikka masala is ridiculously amazing. The garlic , cheese , and regular naan are delish!!
Such delish indian in the slope. Lamb dhan shag curry is excellent
lamb tika. saag ponir. sag aloo . papadum. all are fantastic!! everyone in the 'hood MUST eat here.
Really good and spicy Indian and Pakistani food . Chicken Vindaloo ????????????
Food is great but they give you a ton, make sure you scale back your order
Naan is the best! If you eat vindaloo , you won't feel cold all winter!
Fluffier naan I've ever had! Go with the garlic , delish.
Order the chicken tikka masala !! Reaaally good..super satisfying!
Staff Pick! Kathy (Curatorial): Not much to look at but their Chicken Tikka Masala is great and the Tandoori dinner for two will feed 2 people for at least 2 meals.
Great Indian food and pretty cheap too!
This place used to be my go-to for Indian in Park Slope. That is no longer the case, and I can not recommend it.
Vegetable Thali & Mango Lassi
Love the Chicken Vindaloo . I tend to ask for extra spicy . And inexpensive .
Chicken masala is dope
Love the Saag Paneer !
make sure you ask for a fork when getting take out ......otherwise be prepared to eat Ethiopian style... :)
Did side-by-side saag paneer comparison with others in the nabe, and theirs is the best, so far.
Try eating a meal without being transfixed by the Bollywood music videos
Mango Lasssi......OMG good!!!
try their somosas and Nan bread . and their veg special for 2 is enough for 3
Best indian in the slope. Good classic dishes, fluffy naan .
The food is mediocre but the videos are captivating.
Service is rude, but food's decent. Get delivery .
Best Indian food ever
Joy is your typical Indian restaurant with gaudy rooms, extra lighting and soft music playing but the food here is good, service is attentive and you get to watch music videos lol...the rice pudding !
Best Indian food I've had in Brooklyn! Lamb vindaloo and chicken korma were both delicious. Lighting and music create relaxing and positive date night vibes too! - James Stolz
Enjoyed this place! Loved the samosas and the paneer!!! - Elizabeth Eckert
Lamb korma was delicious and a great deal, aloo gobi was nicely spicy and full of fresh vegetables. Loved it! - Rachel Sheppard
Made my own loaded fries with all the fancy hot dog condiments. Best $6 I've ever spent in a professional sports game setting. - Lauren Ford
Great cheap drinks! friendly laid back atmosphere! Local favorite. - Lola Lavauge
