Yay! Had to change my dress the day after I ordered it. The store was very accommodating. Thank you Carol, Andrea B and Jian, LOL!!!!! My dress is beautiful.

Helpers are double and triple booked . It's going to take 3x as long because the helper you made an appointment with will be also helping 1-2 walk-ins. :(

This place has always been a madhouse and the employees are in a hurry and not accommodating. The alterations dept is about the only redeeming thing here. Not a "say yes to the dress " experience.

Alterations can be done else wear for less money, much less time, and less frustration . I recommend Queen alteration in Roswell, but anywhere is better than here.

They don't offer to assist you at all.

If you have to deal with alterations , be prepared to be frustrated . Can't even speak English enough to communicate with them. Horrible!
