Our second time at this hotel . Excellent property, service and staff ! Banquet staff mistakenly discarded meal. Mgr personally made anthr meal & delivered! Downside: long walk to recep desk & elevator .

It's a solid hotel with very friendly staff . The river views are awesome.

Lighting was much too dark in conference and ballroom suites, catered food made a majority of us sick, lobby bar closed way too early at night, and there were no soda vending machines on room floors!

Great for a conference , helpful staff . Downside: paper thin walls. Every sneeze, laugh and toilet trip can be heard. Even heard the neighbor who partied too hard as he got sick at 5 am.

Nice hotel , great water front view , & nice staff but I wish the hot tub didn't remind me of an exploding volcano ! Turn the jets down to 11 plz.

Ask for a high floor. The view is much better.
