We were very happy with our stay here. We had a room with a view of the falls and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful. ❤️

Laundry & dry cleaning aren't done here on the weekends. No champagne by the glass for room service . Also, there are only 2 river view rooms per floor, so majority of rooms have STUNNING view of falls

We were on the fifth floor at the end of March with a Fall view . It was beautiful, but I agree with Chris - the higher the better. Definitely use the pool and fitness amenities .

Nice place, make sure to ask for the higher level rooms so you could see the falls better

Woke up to the most wonderful view my bed.....I did not want to get out....but it was a great day I had to get out..... it was worth paying the extra for the fallsview room .

Come in the winter, better prices easier upgrades and it's not packed. Dont bother with fireplace just get as high up as you can 17+ for a nice view .
