Rickie is a fabulous waiter ! Impeccable service, attention to detail and made excellent recommendations for picky eaters. He's from Montego Bay , most recently working at Half Moon .
The appetizers and fried selections are good; make sure you get a drink with fruit-infused alcohol , kept behind the bar .
Good for a weekend lunch . Sit at the window, get apps and soups like the mussels , clam chowder , and the tender fried calamari . May wanna wear an ascot and boating shoes , too ????
The kale salad was amazing! I've never thought of Kale as a "salad " and it was absolutely delicious!
Ginger Salmon salad was a great lunch . Great service and kids loved the options on the kids menu .
Breakfast buffet is wonderful- something for everyone. Eggs Benedict, waffles and omelets , blueberry sausage .
Scallop special is fabulous as is the lobster martini appetizer and beef tartar . Excellent service .
Chicken sandwich was really awesome. Great place to grab lunch and enjoy the scenery
I was disappointed with the menu this year, there weren't as many lunch options as I've seen in the past. Specifically, the slider trio was one of my favorites. Sad to see it go!
Food is excellent here, they have a grilled veggie and tofu entree for the vegetarians and vegans .
The asparagus salad is amazing! Get it, every.single.time.
Get the Lobster Mac , eat it with a spoon and wash it down with the Amber Ale .
The New England clam chowder is absolutely excellent! Also order the filet mignon !
Nice surroundings, but food wasn't great. 5/10.
Lobster is underwhelming. More like a jumbo shrimp
Overpriced and boring menu - only eat here if you get sick of Bretton Arms.
Disappointing. Ambiance is nice, but the food is mediocre at best. :(
The Cave was an actual speakeasy during Prohibition. The filled in concrete circle in the locked off area was where someone was always in the lookout from the Feds. - Patrick
