Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East

Muito bom, frigobar e microondas no quarto, foi um diferencial. O melhor: perto todos parques. / I liked it, refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. Really near to the parks .

Great place to stay, for the money. Clean , safe, great service, great pools, shuttles to the parks . Love this place, the only problem is the wifi sucks.

Nice place, inexpensive , free shuttles to the major theme parks , and friendly staff . Linens and towels were changed daily, even when we had the do not disturb sign up!! :)

Don't be impressed by this hotel , it is OK. Is near the Disney parks and next to old town but this place is not very impressive. It has free wifi and shuttles to the parks including universal studios.

Nice hotel with food court , game room ,and heated pools and pools for kiddies

The pool here is great, peaceful and open til midnight!

Get the Kid's Suite. We have stayed twice and enjoyed our stay both times. We will be back again.

Need to pay extra $5 resort fee per day but the Disney shuttle is pretty good, almost 1 shuttle per hour to Disney and the last shuttle back is 11:30 when Disney has fireworks

For what my family paid, it's what we expected. The staff is very friendly ! It's a 2-star hotel with 5-star customer service.

Go to the People's Choice Food Court at the Seralago Hotel & Suites. Gotta try the wings - they are awesome!

Don't bother trying to earn the loyalty special, they tell you they don't honor it, unless you book your free night through the app and follow up by saying they don't know what Foursquare is.

Well .... Not the worst ever But... I will be bringing my own King fitted sheet. I know that hotels use flats for a reason, but a least use a damn king size flat.

Wear socks, the carpet is filthy and the weekends are packed... other than that its an alright place, super friendly staff

Don't pre-pay for the room because THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE!! And then act completely dumbfounded by their mistake.

Nothing good here. Not even the services. Didn't get house keeping service for two days and had to call twice. Unless your level of standard is below poor, the perfect place to be.

Used to be a great place, it's going downhill.

You get what you paid for. First night was awful, the ac didnt work and when we called to complain....we discovered bed bugs ! They really did go out of their way after this major inconvenience :/

Nothing good here. Rooms outdated and dirty . They are spacious , that's the only good thing really. If you can choose, don't choose this one!!

The rooms are really run down.

For the price it was what I expected. Rock hard beds, rowdy people, inadequate communication with shuttles.

Super friendly staff .

Beds are poor quality and breakfast is not worth paying for. Good size rooms and nice pools.

You have to pay $8 for the morning Buffett however, kids 10- are free. :/

A localização é maravilhosa mas só isso!! O meu quarto tem cheiro de ranço, as camareiras se limitam a troca toalhas e arrumar cama . O banheiro é imundo. Podendo, vá para outro!!!

Lavar, com desinfetante, o banheiro , passar algum produto que tire o cheiro de mofo do tapete, dedetizará comprar badbugs!!!
