This place is awesome. Been going there for a long time. I am loving the atmosphere. Got a trainer his name is Jeff Land and he is awesome. So if you need a class to get you started, look no further.
You'll never have to wait for a machine or locker . This is the best gym in TX, yes it's expensive but it is worth it! The other gyms are crap.
Everything is awesome. Love not having to worry about forgetting a towel or lock! My son loves the kid's area. We have been members for 6 years.
The food from the grill after a workout is an excellent way to recover . This is one of the cleanest Lifetime Fitness locations in Dallas County
