Incredibly bad customer service. I have had huge problems here with returns and warranties.

Never place an online order for in store pickup. They'll charge your credit card & process the order even if the store doesn't carry the product and then refuse to refund or offer alternate options.

You cannot pay your best buy bill with a debit/credit card. Only cash or check. Kind of inconvenient. .

Extremely slow, 10+ minutes wait before someone attend to you. This happens every time.

This place is a rip off. The so called geeks that work there have no customer relation skills at all! I will never return here.
