Ask for Kyle, the concierge for your needs. Probably better in the bungalows by the pool than the rooms unless, you're in one of the nice suites. ????

A great hotel to stay in. The Santa Monica pier is only a 10 min walk away and the food in the hotel is great. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Eat the fish tacos at the Lobby Lounge , they are stunning. You have a choice of 3 or 4. Get 4, because they are small and you will definitely want one more.

This hotel’s staff are friendly , warm, kind, and attentive to your every need. The hotel itself was lovely, charming, and the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The bed was so comfortable .

Service is excellent. Location is the best. Lobby coffee is rich and flavorful. Finally there's real hotel stationary in one's room to send your loved one a note. Do it.

It's a bit expensive , but at least you can make reservations for weekend brunch . Don't forget to validate your parking so it only costs $5 for valet. Quinoa salad is pretty tasty!

Get the carnivore flat bread in the lounge . Exceptional staff throughout. Head over to The Bungalow for a lively scene with classy , hip , and fun career driven people mostly in their 20's & 30's.

Make sure to use the gym if you're staying at the hotel . Small but great machines, weights, towels, cucumber rosemary water, kettle bells , bands, etc

Enjoy the patio with the sounds of the water fountains . Natalie will be sure to take are of you.

Choose the rooms with a balcony which feature ocean and garden views . This will make your stay more memorable.

Great customer service - first time my family came with me my wife wanted to see some other rooms in case we came back. They gave her a tour of every room type in both buildings plus the bungalows!

Go to the bar . Get the El Chupacabra . It's not on the menu , but it'll change your life.

Try the Bungalows. That's all I eve stay in. President's club platinum VIP medalian executive club.

If you register for their loyalty programme, you can get wifi for free

Stay at the hotel and get to use these awesome bikes for free!

Expensive but great location.parking is $33 per day and Internet is $16 a day plus room runs from around $300-$1000 a day

If you're hungry, checkout Hillstone's across the street. Great place, but make sure you have reservations . (Also, no corkage!)

This hotel is great for a family getaway. The restaurant , FIG , is one of L.A.’s top restaurants .

Great hotel but the walls are paper thin. Got woken up every morning by the people next door.

It's not on the bar menu. But ask for the chupacabra . Great drink.

Seriously eat at the Fig restaurant , the atmosphere is great and the food is awesome.

They have turn down service before you hit the sack. Who knew a bottle of water every night would make the difference between a bad and good night's sleep? I sure didn't, but wow.

Chill for a Thursday night - not so good for Saturday night (crowds can get crazy)

Don't pay the $13 for the hotels wi-fi, you should be able to connect thru the city of Santa Monica's unsecured connection

Saw people having issues with the reservations , but other than that the hotel is ok

Don't feed the fish pistachios . It's wrong.

Possibly the worst valet service I have ever encountered. Took 1.5 hours to get my car and then the second time 25 minutes. Overheard a guy who had to bail and get an uber to make a meeting.
