I think is a nice resort with lots of cozy corners, but would be nice if they up keep their room more, as it is getting old. Generally I think they r doing good.

nice place to relax . went there for the company outing. it was fun.

If you need to refill the bottled waters, just call them, they are very helpful.

The room & view is magnificient. But cannot say the same about the service. Rude staff . Booked taxi a day in advance but they forgot our booking & made us miss our ferry . No towels at the pool too.

Nogusaya teppanyaki grill is the best restaurant here, reasonable pricing and good quality food.

The service was suck!!!! Towels were not available in the pools, the attitude of the clerks, bellboy and etc almost the same, show no respect! So pity as the hotel facility and etc is very good

Hotel Shuttle Bus to Mega Mall is S$8 return per pax, Saturday 1pm and Sunday 10am. On weekday you need to arrange your own taxi , too bad.

absolutely a nice resort ...

Avoid the Saturday night buffet , too crowded and too little food, not worth the S$25++, and the food is bad, I felt cheated.
