Location close to the airport w/shuttle available. Access to the beach but, swimming not recommend due to current but it's beautiful. Awesome staff and hotel was perfect, would recommend to friends!

Good hotel - definite solid 4 star. Very friendly staff . If you stay in building 2 on the lower floors you get the lobby free wifi in your room! Enjoy!

In addition to booking direct, many rooms are privately owned. You can save some money by booking through VRBO ????

My best tip is stay here your first night if you arrive late in Lihue. Why waste the pretty views driving in the dark to North or Sputh coast?

The staff is all very friendly , they could use more bodies for speedier service, so just be sure to not be in a hurry when seeking valet or be too hungry when going to get food especially by the pool.

Try the Chocolate torte - This was solid for a dessert . Two banquet meals in one day: I'm stuffed!!

Ask for a low floor and take the stairs - you didn't come to kauai to spend your vacation waiting for the elevator ....

Ask for a room facing the ocean in Bldg 4, one that doesn't also face the pool. (These are odd numbered rooms.)

Nice resort but none of the rooms have microwave. They have a common microwave room for guest use. A bit inconvenient.

Top up your water bottle with the iced lemon water in the lobby before leaving for the day

Try the Squash Ravioli - Deliciously light.

If you didn't rent a car, you should. The concierge can get that and much more done for you.

Restaurant has pretty good food for a fair price . Great salad bar as well .

The sweet toast & coconut syrup are great!

The hotel is very pretty but sad looks like they running out of business, but room is comfy and pool is nice, some valet service is rude.

The stone hot tub to the left gets hotter than the regular pool style one.

Don't use the hotel airport shuttle - waited more than an hour to be picked up.

Staff not all that friendly when checking out.. Supposedly declined credit card..

I waited on the patio for twenty minutes to get a drink. When the table next to me went to get a server, she still refused to acknowledge me. Bad service on slow nights!

Staying at this place was the probably the worst part of visiting Kauai ...

Staff is nice but they don't seem to be helpful. Bar is good and the people staying here are nice.
