If service seems slow, don't blame the staff . These guys have to deal with the pickiest, most demanding clientele in the area. It takes time to make local clientele happy.
Service is painfully slow and disorganized during peak lunch time. I will not come back here during peak lunch time. And will write a letter to local and corporate about my experience!

I have never ever seen so much chaos behind the counter. The managers are not managing and the staff is all over the place. I waited 15 minutes and the cashier was great but she can't do it all.
