This is Walmart. What were you really expecting? This place is known for low prices. If you want your oh so excellent customer service I'm sure Target down the street would be happy to take your $$$.
I loveeeee that there's always mile long lines here. Always like 20 people in line for customer service and 1 person working. Bootsy as fuck. Nuff said
