Sweaty , grimy, and with a unique aroma of industrial floor cleaner. I recommend only venturing into Underworld for the great Metal bands they attract but not for club nights .
Iconic London venue for any metal band passing through the city . It may be sweaty , grimy and dark but it's the perfect atmosphere for a great night of heavy music . Avoid the club night and then beer .
They play all the 90s and early 2000's your alternative self could ask for, but they are necessarily the best dancing music
Great music venue in the heart of Camden. Seen some good bands here. Be warned the venue does have a dress code.
Decent venue with loads of international Metal and Punk bands playing regularly. Don't waste your money on their over-priced shit beer , go round the corner to BrewDog or the Black Heart for pre drinks
Possibly Camden's worst venue beer and toilets , The Underworld is sweaty venue located right next to the station. There's always plenty on, but make sure you pick your spot wisely.
One of the best places for Live Music
London's rock and metal cathedral (well , basement ). The Smashing Pumpkins , Offspring, Placebo and Queens of the Stone Age have all played here.
Great music venue . Hot sweaty , toilets stink, great place!
If you're old & want to be in a club where everyone else is even older - this is it :-)
Saw great shows here like Prong, Pestilence, Sworn Enemy and Dark Tranquillity to name a few. Crowbar plays 2nite. Good stuff
Crazy expensive drink prices! Get in before midnight and entry is four quid (six after), even less if you have one of those "Pop!" fliers they're giving away at Camden tube stop.
When moshing, do mind the pillar in the middle of the pit.
This is the Camden Underworld. Every metal band ever has passed through these gates at some stage in their career. Go and piss, however, at your peril. Read more
Great venue for small rock gigs
Quite good to sit for a drink. Music not that bad to have a chat inside

The manager has not got a considerate bone in her body, hopefully one day she gets the training she needs to not waste peoples money!
When it comes to hardcore and punk. This is where it's at!
I miss this place! Like second home for a year...
Air conditioning !
for anyone from belgrade: this place is the KST of 2010 london. in the best way.
The security on the door are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered.
Wicked place
Seen P.O.D Here
The people in here need to learn what shampoo is
Great for punk and metal
Go to the underworld and see some good bands!
great gigs
Going Thursday to watch the band Eaststrikewest
Do not drink Newcastle Ale
La música és increïble. Bàsicament rock. Això si no es por parlar amb ningú hahaha.
Great venue at the large end of small, The Borderline hosts fantastic bands of a range of sizes week in, week out. One of Soho's better sounding and smelling venues. - Punktastic
Very cozy and little venue to enjoy an intimate show. I highly recommend it - Juani Prieto
Went there to see Moon Hooch, the concert was amazing. The place is nice, polite and respectful staff. - Thomas Gravina
Fantastic Sunday market, loads of vintage clothes for £5. hidden treasure. - Fiona Eastmond
Fantastic rock bar with excellent beer. Always dark, usually loud, can get very busy. Great value street food often served late on the weekends. Gigs held upstairs, loud yet good sound system. - Sam M
A really nice place in Camden. Good music, good staff and really good beers! Great for a drink before the gigs! - Matteo Matt
