450 years old Turkish bath that has remained the same, was not even destroyed in world war! Most authentic , small, cheap , healthy, perfect to relax! They have private bath tubs, hammam style!
Separate men/women days were cancelled awhile ago. It's a mixed bath any day of the week now. There's a jakuzzi, 3 saunas , 4 pools (2 warm and 2 cold). During the daytime light goes through the roof.
Has a very authentic Socialist Hungary vibe. Showers are terrible and the place needs repair, but the pool is awesome and entrance is cheap . You'll love it if you don't expect luxury .
That’s a fantastic place after a long day walking around the city , it’s really a good place for couples, I went with a friend because we are looking for a place which stayed till late.
Cheaper than others, more friendly stuff than others, less crowded - jakuzi and open air bucket included. Szechenyi's open air pools are great, but this is also highly recommended
Very interesting, old bath, not a new fancy one but with the original bricks and Turkish architecture , combined with the few decades old design.
Off the beaten track , a really original looking and feeling thermal bath . Small and less intimidating than some of the other options. Great value , would highly recommend.
Really nice set-up with everything conveniently located. Because of the acoustics in can get quite loud if there are a lot of chatty people, though.
The last remaining non-renovated spa in the city . Small and authentic , not much more than a hamam and a couple of small pools. Must see.
Traditional Turkish bath type but would need renovation generally. Water is quite heavy pools range from 25 to 40C. But this is the cheapest bath. If you choose Turkish bath I would go for Rudas.
It's a bit crowded on the weekends and it needs some renovation. But it's a very nice spa and the miss of renovations just makes it more authentic .
Excellent real old spa , if you are looking for authenticiy, it is the right place instead of other crowded venues in Budapest
Is a good bath with four pools with differents temperatures, sauna and the best of a very cheap
Very simple but good thermal baths . None of the frills. Cheap too. No outdoor... But hey did u come for the view or the medicinal waters?
Perfect, small, turkish bath with great atmosphere and not crowded . Try it!
A fine small therminal bath. Take a drink after your bath in the garden .
Stinky shower water , small main pool. You cannot lock/unlock your cabin , you must find service man and ask him. General impression -- untidy and crowd
Great thermal bath : not very large (4 pools, 3 of which are really small, and a steam bath) but clean and impressive (Turkish) architecture
Cabins now have electronic locks. Shower water smells because it comes from the mineral spring, and has sulphur in it. However, in general the place looks untidy and in dire need of renovation.
Typical atmosphere like nowhere else. Very simple, but relaxing. Not many people go here and it's also very cheap .
The manager massage was great. Very nice and authentic bath.
this spa has the best atmosphere of all in Budapest. it is a mix of the 16th century and the socialist era, but all of this turns out to be great!
Less touristy bath house with great student prices and affordable massages , that were decent.
Not fancy BUT atmospheric, fair prices (student discount ), refreshing.
If you want to have a massage , ask for "Richie". He is the best!
Is a good bath for a very good price
the ceiling in the main bath is stunning
bring you student ID!
Gay bath??? If you call hungarian woman in their 50's gay, then maybe. The manager massage is superb.

Nejsou honosne, o to lepsi zazitek stare doby vas ceka.
Совок! Аутентичненько!
Не стамбульский, конечно, хаммам , но зато вода из источника .

több mint retróóó
Brilliant value for money! Definitely worth a visit, especially at night to see the views of the city! Perfect for couples and really relaxing! Only thing is that the open roof sauna gets quite crowed - Ellie Punter
Nice atmosphere, clean and not too crowded. A real nice place to wind down. - Daniel Vattay
My favorite spa in Budapest. Not too big, with not too many people. Good place to relax a bit in the centre. - Kata Varga
Lovely, cheap retro style space for drinks, breakfast, relax, dating, etc. Very kind service! - Manna Kiss
Good and inexpensive crepes. Try the salty Hungarian and Potato & Chicken, they were delish! - Olivia
nice square with a great view on parliament. there's a market hall on the other side of the square - Peter Csakvari
