It’s unfortunate nobody is available to help other than scanning a QR code to schedule an appointment. So I purchased appliances from a local retailer rather than a national brand. Saved money too.

I love best buy if you don't have your receipt and you paid with credit card or your a best buy reward member they look up the receipt for you and do the return love this store

This is the smallest, least impressive Best Buy in Tampa . Try Citrus Park , West Tampa , South Tampa or Brandon instead.

Had a noon apt for a radio install didnt finish my car til after 2 spoke with a manger who said they are behind sorry. Sorry they don't open til 10 and had my car there by 11. Poor customer service
