Pay a dollar per person to access the 'beach .' There is also a sand volleyball court and pavilions with the option to grill over charcoal. No alcohol allowed.
After finishing a week of work, this is a one stop weekend spot. Grill some burgers or brats , check out the water, and get some sun. This is the best place in Iowa City to do that.
$1/person for swimming . No alcohol allowed, so great for families. Beach area is big enough to not feel crowded
