Nice ambiance especially at night wherein you can see the colorful christmas lights outside. Also, friendly baristas and security guard . :)

Other than being a standard Starbucks it's got free parking right outside (limited though) and a nice view of the small river .

Try Sticky Cinnamon Bun three times heated partnered with White Mocha Americano iced/hot.

Would have been nice if they add a mezzanine. Space is packed in the inside so good luck getting a seat/s.

Too much fun are not good too. Don't understand why the cashier will ask you again if you want your drinks cold or hot when at 1st place you mentioned "ice". Pay attention pls!
