Get here early for a bite the cafe upstairs is Choca but lovely choice of food for all Tastes
Decent store for John Lewis with the same range of massively overpriced goods. Best thing about JL is the 5 year warranty that comes with all electric goods including TVs which justifies the price
I always find the staff friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. Probably the partnership approach but other shops could take note.
The staff in the haberdashery are really helpful and friendly , also vey knowledgable so if stuck just ask.
Free to use WCs on every floor, unlike the Liverpool ONE shopping centre, that charges 30p per entry.
This is a great place to have your breakfast - but don't look at the patisserie counter, or you may just eat cake !!
Good range of photography gear, better than Glasgow. Just had to. buy a wide angle lens, nearly £30 cheaper than a specialist camera shop.
One of my favourite high street stores, and this one is particularly good!
A glass of prosecco in the espresso bar excellent way to finish off shopping
Excellent customer service - quick and efficient
Great selection and excellent service.
Nice cafe on the very top floor.
Perfect Place to shop
Awesome place to get stuff
Check out the official Olympics store on the ground floor.
Liverpool one
The cafe upstairs is very nice, and always busy. (a good sign)

Get an inexpensive afternoon tea for two and enjoy the view. Tea for one? Just ask. They are happy to accommodate. - Louis Ewens
My friend was thinking of buying a pack of masks, but one of the cashiers snatched it out of her hand before she could do anything. Not coming to this tk maxx again - Selin Akin
Best for shopping and restaurants. You won't be disappointed. Although not as varied and big as Trafford, you won't queue for 2 hours to get in and out with more opportunity to actually SHOP ???? - Jon Stodd
Pan Am, the best chips in the world, amazing service! - Samantha Latimer
