Spacious . Many areas to sit comfortably and eat. In the main the pure drinking areas behind clear from the areas that you'd say are designated for having a meal. Food is decent enough. Can get crowded

Nice wetherspoons, very large, nice choice of real ales , but try and avoid it Friday and Saturday night when all the kids turn up.

Try the waffle with ice cream and fruit compote . It is sooooo good and only £2.60!

The staff are nice. The food and drink are really good for the price.

Get a seat outside when it's nice

Be nice to the barstaff, and don't stare at the animals.

Unexpectedly good burgers .

Beers go down well first time I've seen a wedding reception
