the hours are convenient, obviously, and the staff is super friendly and helpful, but there are so many broken machines which is kind of ridiculous.

be sure to bring your own towel.. i usually go to a superSport one, so imagine my surprise when i found out the hard way here.. #sucks!

One of the best selections of machines in the area for Sport level gyms ...AND it's clean...so why the EFF aren't they open 24 hours ??? Argh!!!

Good place for leg day-they've got a good amount of squat machines and leg presses.

Nickolas Kinman is an incredible trainer . All of the staff here are always friendly , positive, and encouraging. Trying to park after work is really tough- so try to avoid that situation.
