A great Gym for people who doesn't like working out in an air conditioned environment. Very spacious in which people can jog and run inside their 2 courts. Get ready to sweat things out big time
The location of this gym is very accessible among residents of Soho Central Private Residences and Barangay Kapitolyo.
Like the fresh air but the mosquitos, not so much. Wish they had more treadmills and the lockers could be a bit bigger too. Lots of weights and free parking are definitely pluses.
This gym has a lot of machines but sadly only one treadmill . It's designed to be Crossfit-like. There are yoga classes but no mirror to help you observe your posture. Still have mixed feelings for it.
You get to sweat it all out. Unlike other gym that is very cold. Must try

Not feeling this branch at all. It's like a Crossfit box so it won't suit everyone. What I disliked most was there's only and treadmill and it's always "reserved " for "clients". Hey I pay too.
Place is big, and you get to see celebrities a lot.

Coach tex is the head coach. They have really good boxers but they offer other fitness programs whether its cardio, power or flexibility you wanna build. Just ask them and expect awesome results. - aprilimmy
