Guy on counter yesterday was awesome. Today, nasty bitchy lady who ought to go work far away from public. Demands forms filled out that are not provided, back of line . So much for paperless society.
They are super efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
The lines here go fairly fast.
