100Plus Promenade

Good place to run when the weather turns gloomy. Toilets and water coolers are available along the tracks as well , so there is no need to bring a water bottle .

Good alternative to practice track on gloomy, rainy days. Mostly sheltered from rain. We estimate 1 round to be approximately 800 odd metres.

The 100PLUS Promenade is mostly sheltered for its 888m lap of the National Stadium . That’s mostly sheltered except for the gap on the South-Western side.

There’s a 2.4KM marking on the blue track near gate 1 for IPPT training !
