The most poorly set up checkout system EVER. Self-checkout is always down, and the "line starts here" is so pointless - or is it the multiple checkstands that are pointless. Frustrating!
The one on Wilshire usually has shorter lines , but has no alcohol section. This one is also 24 hours .

Over 30 mins on hold to the pharmacy . Hung up. Walked in. Dropped a prescription . Never saw them answer the phone line . Sat for 45 mins. Didn't call my name when ready. Terrible treatment of customers
