Went to drop off items during my lunch hour . The line barely moved. I know about Covid . Why is it that other Good Wills are still more efficient. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Ridiculous.
Terrible management! They come over and lecture you on how you can't leave your children alone in the toy section WHILE your standing there IN the toy section WITH your kids.

The donation drive-through is brilliant! So easy, no hauling.
