Squid ink was very tasty! The ravioli with black truffle was also a lovely tingle to the palate especially the sudden burst of the ravioli to reveal oozing creamy cheese .

It is a popular Michelin Guide dining where you mostly find foreigners here. The food overall is good if you don’t prefer a course , can pick a la carte. If you are unlucky , you can meet the crowd.

Have to add that the venison is one of the best red meats I've ever had. Not a trace of gaminess, juicy like a medium rare filet mignon but with far more flavor

Dining experience reminded me of The Fat Duck in Bray. This ended up being a try hard. Little candy gimmicks did not work. Celery , carrot and other jelly cubes...better eating the actually veggies .

The tagliatelle all'Amatriciana is really special. Even the tiny almost decorative slice of chile adds to it. Well done!
