Small and busy lounge . Take the half circle sofa seats in the centre if you need power sockets

I'm here during remodeling so the real lounge isn't here...this is like a bus depot with light snacks ...not enough glasses, nor are there enough snacks or seats to go around

Awful lounge . If you can find it, serious la k of signage, you'll wonder why you bothered traipsing to this 'business lounge '. Awful selection of food, drinks, no ice, poor air con... A small lounge .

The red wine is terrible. But add orange juice and muddle some other fruit in a glass to make an ad hoc sangria ...

WiFi OK, selection and quality of food pretty good as well . I just had a glass og whitewine and relaxed in the AC .

One lounge for everyone! Fills up fast!

Apparently the fried rice is amazing. We've watched no less than 10 people go up and get seconds, thirds, fourths... Hilarious.

Awful lounge don't bother, I wouldn't touch the food and drinks after seeing cockroaches running over everything. The hot foot was cold soggy, the toilets were dirty and wifi did not work. Dreadful!

This lounge is very bad. I travelled during low season and still it was packed to the rim. It felt stuffy and there’s a strange smell to the lounge . Forget about this place.

Super disappointing. For over a year it has been a temporary lounge shared by 15+airlines. Hot, crowded , crappy food and uncomfortable seating.

Supposed to be the best lounge yet, food is mostly unavailable, Internet are changeable.

The WiFi reminds me of the nineties. When the maximum speed of the internet was 2.400 bauds. Pffffffff.... Slowwwwww

The username and password for the free wifi is on a sheet of paper over on top of one of the fridges

Coolers don't work well , so everything from water to beer is warm.

The entire airport got free wifi ! Not the greatest lounge .

Don't sit outside on the balcony , it's not air-conditioned so it gets really hot and stuff.

One of the worst Priority Lounges I have ever been to -- and there are a lot of bad ones out there! Terrible wifi , air con, and food selection is atrocious. Perhaps not even worth the journey upstairs

Experience very limited seating here. Good luck and the temperature inside was hot, probably due to the large number of people inside.

Quite possibly one of the worst airline lounges - poor food options, bad A/C and an Internet connection that drops every other minute. You're better off roaming the airport until your next flight.

Busy, lack of space, poor food selection/quality and coffee machine doesn't work. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope with situations and not relaxing at all. Maximise time in Bali before!

Back/shoulder/neck massage for $10 (USD) was actually pretty good!

There are PCs with free internet. Wi-fi access is actually only 50,000 IDR - should be free in my mind though considering how much they are paid for entry!

Can't wait for the new Premier lounge to open. The current one is small and serves too many airlines . Often times food is not topped up quick enough.

Free Wifi network free@wifi.id. This lounge is miles better than the bunker aka Prada lounge .

Not much to shout about especially compared to the SilverKris lounge in Changi, but you can charge your phone and get a massage here.

Food ok but every time I come here drinks in fridge are always warm and there never ever is any aircon!

I'm sure my turtle walks faster than wifi here! Staff turn on phone for listening song so loud also ladies staff non-stop talking each others so loud like has party! Service&internet should improve!

Cockroaches all over the place, some of the food tasted a bit off (and in the hindsight - it probably was). Slow WiFi .

Food is very ordinary and there are no vegetarian options otherwise its a reasonable place to wait for your plane

Quiet and comfortable place to wait for your plane . But above all, they've got clean toilets ~!!!! It could have been a bit better if they had more types of liquor ~~ ;)
