Also worth a note, bring your own bags. Staff don't stock up self serve bags often and you usually have to ask for one!
People complaining need to remember it is a self service shop. If it is not on the shelf, there is not going to be accessible stock out the back.
Your basic Big W. Come on a Thursday night, so you don't have to deal with a thousand people queued at the self serve registers.
